In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
There are certain items that cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
